Behind the curtains

Before we begin, we'd like to tell you a bit about ourselves:

Hi! My name is Mariia, I'm from Ukraine. And I'll be the one in touch with you through the posts in this blog!

Since autumn 2012 I am studying social policy at the University of Tampere. At the moment I am also in the middle of my internship at the School of Education of the same university. Among my hobbies - planting plants and doing various kinds of crafts.

Meet Alisa, she is from Russia.

Alisa is a student of Master's Programme in social policy and welfare. Currently engaged in the work of Early Childhood Education Centre. Enjoys being surrounded by children. She's into photography, likes taking pictures of nature and animals. 

Say hello to Margarita, she's also from Russia.

She is getting her Master's degree in the field of Journalism and International Relations (University of Tampere). Margarita likes to keep herself busy - she's a freelance journalist, editor, blogger, PR-specialist, linguist, teacher. Hobby - music that she makes and writes about.

And this is Varvara, from Belarus. 

Master student of Peace, Mediation and Conflict Research Program at the University of Tampere. Varvara is enthusiastic about challenges and adventures. Loves travelling, for it brings new ideas about the world and about yourself. At the same, she loves to obtain new skills and knowledge, whether it concerns horse riding, photography, dance, or peace and harmony either in the whole world or in a single soul.
